In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "444cb" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the 444cb online betting and casino service accessible at 444cb.bet and any associated applications or sub-domains.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with 444cb or accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual player account registered on the 444cb platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds, bonus funds, and winnings held within a player's 444cb Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by 444cb that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Services" means all betting, casino gaming, reward, and ancillary services made available by 444cb.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by 444cb prior to authorising withdrawals or at any time at 444cb's discretion.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.

By accessing the 444cb platform, completing the account registration process, or by clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation during registration, you enter into a legally binding agreement with 444cb and confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by any product-specific rules published on the 444cb platform, including but not limited to sportsbook betting rules, casino game rules, and individual promotion terms. In the event of conflict between a product-specific rule and these Terms, the product-specific rule shall prevail in relation to that product only.

To register and use a 444cb account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 444cb platform. The existence of multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, payment method, device, IP address, or household — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification. You agree to maintain and update this information promptly if it changes.

• Accounts registered with false, misleading, or unverifiable information may be suspended or permanently closed without notice.
• 444cb reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Duplicate accounts identified by 444cb will result in closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of bonus funds, and review of real-money balances.
• Account registration is free of charge. 444cb does not charge account maintenance fees.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 444cb login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available on the 444cb platform.
• Not share your 444cb login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify 444cb customer support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

444cb will not be liable for any losses, costs, or damages incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. Any bets placed or withdrawals processed via your 444cb account prior to notification of unauthorised access will be deemed authorised transactions.

444cb accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT (TRC-20 network), and USDT (ERC-20 network). The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 (or equivalent in USDT). Maximum deposit limits are published in the 444cb Cashier section and may vary by payment method.

• All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa typically credit to your 444cb balance within two (2) minutes of successful transfer confirmation.
• USDT deposits are credited following standard blockchain network confirmations (typically 3–12 confirmations depending on network congestion).
• 444cb does not charge deposit processing fees. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your 444cb balance. Contact support immediately if you believe an incorrect amount has been deposited.

Withdrawal requests from your 444cb account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the KYC verification process. Withdrawals will not be processed on unverified accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 (or USDT equivalent). Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are published in the Cashier section.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for deposits where applicable.
• 444cb targets a withdrawal processing time of under 24 hours for standard requests. Complex cases requiring additional verification may take longer.
• 444cb reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawal requests pending completion of security or fraud review procedures.
• Any active bonus funds in your account at the time of a withdrawal request may be subject to forfeiture if the applicable wagering requirement has not been met.

444cb does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, your receiving payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank) may apply their own incoming transfer charges, for which 444cb accepts no responsibility.

444cb offers a range of promotions and bonus offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to individual terms published at the point of offer, including specific wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game categories, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus winnings. The following general bonus rules apply across all 444cb promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 444cb determines eligibility at its sole discretion and may exclude any account from a promotion.

All betting and casino gaming activity on 444cb is subject to the specific product rules published on the platform for each market, sport, or game. In addition, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the 444cb system. You may not cancel or amend a bet after confirmation unless a specific cash-out or edit feature is available for that market.
• 444cb reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a material error in odds, market information, or game data has occurred, or where the event result was known at the time of bet placement.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting the delivery of a game or sports betting market, 444cb will apply the rules set out in its product-specific terms to determine how affected bets are settled.
• 444cb uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all casino games to ensure statistical fairness. RNG certification is conducted by an independent third-party laboratory.
• Cricket betting markets on 444cb, including PSL and Pakistan international matches, are subject to specific cricket betting rules published in the Sportsbook Rules section.

444cb's decision on any betting or gaming dispute is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 17 of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 444cb platform. Engagement in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure, and forfeiture of any funds held in the account pending investigation:

• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering more than one account on the 444cb platform.
• Using or attempting to use any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to gain an advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or event.
• Using 444cb accounts for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, brand assets, and intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the 444cb platform are the exclusive property of 444cb or its licensed content providers. This includes but is not limited to the 444cb brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, sounds, and all written content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 444cb platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on 444cb content.

Any unauthorised use of 444cb intellectual property may result in legal action and will terminate your licence to use the platform immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 444cb and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming activity on the 444cb platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising in connection with the 444cb services.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, and civil unrest.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your 444cb account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately secure your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 444cb's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

444cb is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The platform offers a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within every registered account, including:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Limit reductions are applied immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when they have been playing for a defined period.

444cb reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by 444cb.
• Conduct that 444cb reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Upon termination by 444cb for breach, any balance comprising bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money deposits will be returned after deducting any amounts owed to 444cb, subject to completion of any required investigation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of 444cb's operating licence authority. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring jurisdiction on the courts of any particular territory for the resolution of disputes between 444cb and any player.

By accepting these Terms, Pakistani players acknowledge that they access the 444cb platform voluntarily and on their own initiative, and that they bear sole responsibility for determining whether participation in online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to them in their location.

444cb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
